These terms govern consulting and advisory services agreement and payment, relative to application for Buyer’s Credit and some applicants looking for trade finance instruments.
The consulting agreement covers services, compensation for the services provided, payment method and failure to pay.The Consulting Agreement covers services, compensation, payment method and failure to pay.This agreement is applicable to importers looking for short-term buyer’s credit from overseas banks, in any of the following countries: China, Turkey, Brazil, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland, to purchase capital or consumer goods from that country and shipped directly to this or her own country.It’s also applicable to some importers or businesses that are looking to obtain trade finance instruments only if they have to pay professional fee to the broker prior to the time the instrument is issued.
Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via the PayPal global website. A payment link will be included in the agreement form, allowing the client to select their country from a global list and follow the provided instructions to complete the payment. Receiver information will also be clearly outlined in the form.
