To promote U.S.exports, the EXIM Bank supports purchase of capital goods and related services by guaranteeing or insuring loans to international buyers. In some cases, EXIM Bank will also provide direct loans to buyers. Eligible equipment include :Agricultural, Construction, Environmental, General Aviation, Medical, Mining, Packaging, Power Generators, Processing, Telecommunications, Transportation,and Other Non- Military equipment.

When a buyer or importer from any of the countries listed in the EXIM Bank Country Limitation Schedule | EXIM.gov contacts us for financing, we will determine whether or not the initial eligibility criteria are met, prior to referring their requests to the lender for financing.

When applicants submit documents to us, to support their application for financing,we will advise, if additional documentation(s) are required or if amendments need to be made to the existing documentation that was initially submitted. This is to ensure that an applicant satisfies the basic criteria and increases the chances of receiving financing.
