Terms and Condiotions

At the time when service is requested, the client will be advised of his or her responsibility regarding whether or not the success fee will be paid.

 

If the client is responsible for paying the success fee, he or she will be required to sign an Agreement, authorising Business Finance Global LLC, to receive 1% of the loan amount, at the time the client receives the loan from the lender.

 

A copy of the Agreement will be forwarded to the lender at the time when the loan is being requested. The Agreement will stipulate that the client authorised the lender to pay Business Global Finance LLC, and the amount should be treated as success fee, for services provided to the client.The fee should be deducted from the loan amount and paid directly to the account of Business Finance Global LLC. Bank information, including account number will be provided at that time.
