Registration

Registration is required for all applicants. The information provided during registration will be used to help us effectively deliver services to you. Every client is required to pay a Consultation and Advisory Fee. Additionally, clients who request debt or equity financing and are successfully funded must pay a Success Fee. However, clients seeking trade finance are exempt from paying this fee, as the lender compensates us due to an existing partner relationship. It would be unethical to charge our clients twice for the same service.

Conversely, if a client applies for a grant and it is awarded, they will be required to pay a Grant Approval Fee. Regardless of the type of funding approved—debt, equity, or grant—a fee of 0.3% of the amount awarded will apply.

Promise to Pay Form

All applicants—except those applying for trade finance—are required to complete a Promise to Pay Form. This form serves as a formal agreement to compensate us for services rendered if the client successfully receives a loan, equity investment, or grant. The agreement is legally binding and must be notarized and signed in the presence of a Notary Public (or an equivalent official in the client’s country of residence) before being returned to us via email.

Method of Payment

Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via the PayPal global website. A payment link will be included in the agreement form, allowing the client to select their country from a global list and follow the provided instructions to complete the payment. Receiver information will also be clearly outlined in the form.
